    Thirty minutes. Your workflow, where work waits, and what should improve. We identify the data and responsibilities a test needs. You leave with a concrete next step.

  2. A prototype

    Two to four weeks, scope and price agreed up front. Working software for a limited pilot with real users. We compare impact and quality with your current workflow.

  3. A product

    We build it out, launch it and hand it over with code, docs and infrastructure. Your team runs it without us.
